Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
• Size exchange requests are allowed subject to stock availability.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Once approved, refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size issues only.
• If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or alternative option may be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are worn, washed, or altered.
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned at purchase).
